Yesterday I dug up Murder by Death's "Who Will Survive, and What Will Be Left of Them?" and listened it through a couple of times-- nostalgic. These days I don't have anything under the stylus for over a couple of days. I remember when Broder Daniel's "Forever" or TCTC's "Kick Up the Fire, and Let the Flames Break Loose" cut deep (still makes me cry, that last one), but it doesn't happen that much any more. Today it's Ricardo Villalobos' "Achso". The difference in pace kills me.

I'm sensing the chiricoesque inevitability that no one listens to Suede anymore. I still wish you would elaborate.

I thought I was the only one here that enjoyed the Amelie soundtrack. It's one of my staples. I particularly like listening to it on rainy days.

Tomahawk - Anonymous The four Magazine remasters - Real Life / Secondhand Daylight / The Correct Use of Soap / Magic, Murder and the Weather
I'm mostly listening to Magic, Murder and the Weather as I tended to ignore it in the past due to the fact that John McGeoch had left the band by then.

Wow. I'm feeling really uncool or something because I don't know any of these. DC - Can you give us a little summary of what kind of music this is? s'il vous plait.

Hahaha! Yes, I like to read French For Le Snob on a nightly basis. It gives me the sense that I am somehow better than every one else. ;D
